Scope

These Terms govern your use of SonicSpaces (scenevia.click) and bookings of third-party studios listed on our platform. SonicSpaces provides a marketplace and booking interface; studios are independently operated venues.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a legal guardian’s consent, to book.
• Additional venue rules may apply and are presented during booking or on the studio page.
• If a term conflicts with a studio’s mandatory safety policy, the safety policy controls for on-site behavior.

Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

• Do not share passwords or access tokens.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, or abuse.

Bookings

Rates are typically hourly in USD unless a studio indicates otherwise. Minimum booking hours may apply. Taxes or local fees may vary by jurisdiction.

• Booking confirmation occurs when payment is authorized and the venue accepts (if acceptance is required).
• Arrival and overtime policies are set by the studio; late arrival does not automatically extend time.
• Some venues require a security deposit or ID verification at check-in.

Cancellations

Unless noted otherwise on the studio page, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the start time. Changes or cancellations inside the window may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on venue policy.

• Refund timing depends on payment method and processor.
• No-shows may be charged in full.
• Force majeure events may be handled case-by-case subject to local law and venue constraints.

Conduct

Use the platform and venues responsibly. Do not create or record unlawful content, violate third-party rights, or interfere with others’ sessions. Follow venue rules and respect quiet neighbors.

• No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• No tampering with studio equipment or security systems.
• Keep occupancy within stated limits and comply with safety instructions.

Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonicSpaces is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you.

• Studios are responsible for on-site conditions, equipment, staffing, and venue compliance.
• You are responsible for your content and for obtaining any permissions needed to record guests or music.
• Our total liability for a claim is limited to fees paid to us for the booking at issue, unless law requires otherwise.

Privacy & cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and improve performance. You can manage cookie preferences where offered by our banner and your browser settings. Some cookies are required for essential features like session integrity and security.

• Operational cookies help keep you signed in and prevent abuse.
• Preference cookies may remember theme or accessibility selections.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, contact support first so we can attempt to resolve it quickly. When available, provide booking ID, date/time, and a description of the issue with supporting materials (photos or messages).

• Chargebacks may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions pending investigation.
• We may request additional information to verify identity or booking details.
• Any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain in effect.
